Te Akau Singapore has 19 horses racing on Saturday 5 September at Kranji.
Trainer Mark Walker ended last season (Dec. 8) with 73 wins to claim his third title as Singapore Champion Trainer, and currently leads with 35 wins this year.
4.30 p.m. R2 6 Our Secret Weapon (3 g Outreach - Poppy's Pond) - Aiman Kamaruddin (a3); drew barrier 5 of 13 in the $75,000 Restricted Maiden 1200 metres on turf and carries 49.5kgs. He posted a top second first-up, will be ridden with cover and he rates amongst the top three - one of three in the event for trainer Mark Walker.
4.30 p.m. R2 11 Take A Chance (3 g Star Witness - Hilylia) - Benny Woodworth; drew barrier 3 of 13 in the $75,000 Restricted Maiden 1200 metres on turf and carries 52.5kgs. He has trained on nicely and rates a top four chance.
4.30 p.m. R2 13 Lady Roxanne (3 f Darci Brahma - Kindred) - CK Ng (a3); drew barrier 2 of 13 in the $75,000 Restricted Maiden 1200 metres on turf and carries 48kgs. She will improve with the experience and looks a place chance.
5.00 p.m. R3 1 Afalonhro (5 g Lonhro - Armed for Action) - Aiman Kamaruddin (a3); drew barrier 6 of 14 in the $50,000 Class 4 1400 metres on turf and carries 56kgs. He would prefer over more distance, but won last start at 1400 metres and rates a top four prospect.

6.30 p.m. R6 3 Happy Friday (4 g Shooting to Win - Enide) - CK Ng (a3); drew barrier 7 of 14 in the $75,000 Restricted Maiden 1400 metres on turf and carries 54.5kgs. He is somewhat erratic, but he has ability at best.
7.00 p.m. R7 7 Bionics (5 g Hinchinbrook - Bionic Girl) - CK Ng (a3); drew barrier 7 of 12 in the $50,000 Class 4 1000 metres on the poly track and carries 52.5kgs. He comes in nice and fresh, winkers go on and he rates an each way chance at good odds.
7.30 p.m. R8 6 Quick Shosha (4 g Snitzel - Leinan) - Ruan Maia; drew barrier 13 of 14 in the $20,000 Maiden 1400 metres on turf and carries 57.5kgs. He cops a horror draw (13), but rates a place chance with luck.
7.30 p.m. R8 16 Showbound (4 g Showcasing - Midnight Senorita) - unfixed; drew barrier 8 of 14 in the $20,000 Maiden 1400 metres on turf and carries 57.5kgs. Ballot two, unlikely to gain a start.

8.30 p.m. R10 7 Augustus (6 g Snitzel - Gussy Godiva) - Aiman Kamaruddin (a3); drew barrier 9 of 14 in the in the $70,000 Class 3 1800 metres on turf and carries 51kgs. The 1800 metres suits this horse who was fourth in a Queensland Derby - he carries a featherweight and looks an each way chance at odds.

He is enjoying tremendous form, but does go up in the weights - however can feature in the first four in yet another race with three for Mark Walker.

10.00 p.m. R13 11 Sportscaster (7 g Fastnet Rock - Gypsy Dancer) - CK Ng (a3); drew barrier 3 of 12 in the $50,000 Class 4 1600 metres on the poly track and carries 47.5kgs. Up in grade, he rates a place chance.
10.30 p.m. R14 4 Savvy Command (4 g Savabeel - Best Command) - Vlad Duric; drew barrier 9 of 14 in the $50,000 Class 4 1400 metres on turf and carries 55.5kgs. Promising galloper, he presents as a strong top three prospect with the country's leading rider aboard. He and his stablemate should be respected.
