He continues to race well this preparation without winning, but all three of his career wins have come on the poly, and he is ideally drawn (3) to have first four claims.
6:30 p.m. R6 10 Elliot Ness (6 g Written Tycoon – Walk With Attitude) – Bruno Queiroz; he drew barrier 8 of 12 in the $50,000 Class 4 1200 metres on the poly-track and carries 52kg. Up in grade after his win, he has been third in this grade previously, has a light weight (52kg), but requires luck from his awkward draw (8).

On debut today in a race full of newcomers, it is hard to line up his chance. He is destined for further, so is likely get back from his wide draw (11) and use this event as a learning experience.
9:00 p.m. R11 8 Axel (8 g Darci Brahma – Josephines Fortune) – Bruno Queiroz; he drew the outside barrier (14) in the $50,000 Class 4 1400 metres on the turf and carries 53.5kg. The stable's 'elder statesman', he likes this distance but requires luck from carpark draw (14) - one of two in the event for the stable.
9:00 p.m. R11 10 Montana Flash (5 g Star Turn – Dukemore) – Louis Beuzelin; he drew barrier 4 of 14 in the $50,000 Class 4 1400 metres on the turf and carries 53kg. He brings good form into this contest, needs to use his draw (4) to his advantage and is a realistic a top four chance.
