Te Akau Singapore Sunday Preview
Te Akau horses racing at Kranji Racecourse in Singapore, where 2015 Trainers' Premiership winner Mark Walker again leads the Trainers' Premiership - now with 34 wins since 1 January.

Sunday 15 May

4.50 p.m. R1 12 KING SAVINSKY - App CK Ng (a3); the apprentice 3kg claim means the stable's first runner of the day (who has drawn nicely at four) will carry 52kgs in this 14 horse field. He needs further and also a return to Class 5 company to show his best.

6.20 p.m. R4 7 GABBAR - Alan Munro; draws gate eight for the S$65,000 Initiation event and will carry 56kgs in the 11 horse line-up. He's enjoying good form and, as such,  rates a top four chance.

6.50 p.m. R5 5 ROCKFAST - Manuel Nunes; back from suspension, the champion jockey is aboard in this S$80,000 race over 2000m. Jumping from barrier two with 56.5kgs, he would appreciate any rain but is drawn well, is in solid form and presents as a top four chance.

7.25 p.m. R6 5 MY LUCKY STRIKE - Alan Munro; in one of the features of the day, this talented galloper draws eight and carries only 52kgs. He brings good form into this strong assembly but arguably would prefer poly rather than the turf assignment he faces here - rates a top five chance.

7.55 p.m. R7 8 SEBROSE - Manuel Nunes; another of the day's features, the Kanji Stakes A worth S$125,000.  Serbrose draws well (2), has the top rider up (Nunes) and carries only 52kgs. Racing well, the course probably didn't suit him last outing and he looks a top five chance.

8.25 p.m. R8 1 IKING - Manuel Nunes; joint top-weight with 57kgs, he draws gate eight for Nunes in this field of 13.  Back to Class 4 now, expect him to start to show improvement - a top five chance.

9.30 p.m. R10 9 MOLLY BROWNE - Manuel Nunes; she faces a 14 strong field but has to navigate a car park draw (16).  While the draw is far from ideal, she does tend to get back in her racing - top five chance.

10.00 p.m. R11 1 BRAHMS AND LISZT - App CK Ng (a3); the top weight will drop to 54kgs with the claim, and has drawn well (4) in this 13 horse affair.  A great old campaigner, back to Class 4 he is always a chance - top five.
