Te Akau Singapore has thirteen horses racing on Sunday 9 February at Kranji. Trainer Mark Walker ended last season (Dec. 8) with 73 wins to claim his third title as Singapore Champion Trainer, and leads the way with 14 wins this year.

6.00 p.m. R1 1 Atlantic Fox  (6 g Savabeel - Kinsella) - Benny Woodworth; drew barrier 1 of 12 in the $30,000 Class 5 1400 metres on turf and carries 59kgs. It was a terrific first-up second, and he's been kept fresh - a top four chance.

7.30 p.m. R4 1 Augustus  (5 g Snitzel - Gussy Godiva) - JP Van der Merwe; drew barrier 3 of 10 in the $70,000 Class 3 1800 metres on turf and carries 57kgs. Beaten a nose last start, he rates a top four chance.

7.30 p.m. R4 4 Time Lord  (5 g Guillotine - Mary Agnes) - Benny Woodworth; drew barrier 9 of 10 in the $70,000 Class 3 1800 metres on turf and carries 55.5kgs. Unlucky last start, he looks like a first four player..

7.30 p.m. R4 6 Elite Remarkable  (4 g Sebi Halo - Baaltis) - Ryan Munger; drew barrier 2 of 10 in the $70,000 Class 3 1800 metres on turf and carries 54.5kgs. He would be better placed in Class 4.

8.30 p.m. R6 2 Red Rover  (5 g O'Reilly - Pin Up) - Nizar Noor (a3); drew barrier 1 of 12 in the $70,000 Class 3 1000 metres on the poly track and carries 56kgs. In good form, he is ideally drawn (1), and is a first four prospect.

8.30 p.m. R6 9 Cousteau  (5 g Exceed and Excel - Maritime) - Alysha Collett; drew barrier 11 of 12 in the $70,000 Class 3 1000 metres on the poly track and carries 54.5kgs. This last start winner has an awkward draw (11) to contend with and is generally better suited in Class 4.

8.30 p.m. R6 10 Fulife King  (4 g Written Tycoon - Brilliant Bisc) - JP Van der Merwe; drew barrier 9 of 12 in the $70,000 Class 3 1000 metres on the poly track and carries 54.5kgs. He would be better suited in Class 4.

9.35 p.m. R8 2 Sacred Croix  (5 g Savabeel - Croix Du Sud) - Benny Woodworth; drew barrier 8 of 9 in the $85,000 Class 2 1400 metres on turf and carries 56kgs. Another who is awkwardly drawn (8) but he has top four prospects with any luck.

9.35 p.m. R8 3 Yulong Edition  (5 g Makfi - Bride Unbridled) - Nizar Noor (a3); drew barrier 1 of 9 in the $85,000 Class 2 1400 metres on turf and carries 52.5kgs. Resuming, he would prefer further.

9.35 p.m. R8 8 Viviano (8 g Keeper - Flying Florence) - Ryan Munger; drew barrier 4 of 9 in the $85,000 Class 2 1400 metres on turf and carries 52kgs. Second-up after a spell and he looks better suited in Class 3.

10.10 p.m. R9 6 Prince Pegasus  (6 g Beneteau - Sassy Peg) - Marc Lerner; drew barrier 11 of 12 in the $30,000 Class 5 1600 metres on the turf and carries 58kgs. Awkwardly drawn (11), he rates a place chance with luck.
