Te Akau Singapore has 11 horses racing on Sunday 3 January at Kranji.
Trainer Mark Walker ended a season interrupted due to COVID on 31 December in second place on the Trainers' Premiership with 45 wins. He was Champion Trainer in 2015, 2017 (record 87 wins) and 2019, runner-up twice, third, and fourth, since Te Akau established its stable in 2010 at Kranji Racecourse.

6.00 p.m. R2 4 Marcus Antonius (3 g Sepoy - Panda's Turn) - Benny Woodworth; drew barrier 5 of 14 in the $75,000 Restricted Maiden 1200 metres on turf and carries 57kgs. He will improve over more distance.
6.00 p.m. R2 15 Wednesday (3 g Super One - Shufetish) - unfixed; drew barrier 2 of 14 in the $75,000 Restricted Maiden 1200 metres on turf and carries 57kgs. Ballot one, he is unlikely to gain a start.
6.30 p.m. R3 3 Brutus (4 g Rubick - Harvest Queen) - Benny Woodworth; drew barrier 6 of 12 in the $50,000 Class 4 1100 metres on the poly track and carries 56kg. He is a strong each way chance on his recent work.
7.30 p.m. R5 1 Black Quail (7 g Coats Choice - Sefidi) - Jerlyn Seow (a4); drew 4 of 12 in the $30,000 Class 5 1000 metres on the poly track and carries 55kgs. Drops to Class 5 and he rates a good each way propsect.
7.30 p.m. R5 7 What You Like (7 g Savabeel - Kinsella) - Aiman Kamaruddin (a3); drew 1 of 12 in the $30,000 Class 5 1000 metres on the poly track and carries 55kgs. He is racing consistently, and is a place propsect.
7.30 p.m. R5 8 Happy Friday (4 g Shooting to Win - Enide) - Benny Woodworth; drew 7 of 12 in the $30,000 Class 5 1000 metres on the poly track and carries 57kgs. He trialled well and can be competitive in this event.
9.00 p.m. R8 5 Maximillian (5 g Highly Recommended - Annabel Rose) - Aiman Kamaruddin (a3); drew barrier 7 of 12 in the $30,000 Class 5 1600 metres on the poly track and carries 54kgs. He rates a good each way opportunity with the right trip from barrier seven.
9.30 p.m. R9 6 Altair (5 g Zoustar - Rossarita) - Jerlyn Seow (a4); drew barrier 8 of 12 in the $100,000 Kranji Stakes A 1200 metres on the poly track and carries 51kgs. He faces a very strong field, but with the new apprentice aboard, he does have light weight place claims.
9.30 p.m. R9 7 Sacred Rebel (6 g Sepoy - Pandoro De Lago) - Aiman Kamaruddin (a3); drew barrier 9 of 12 in the $100,000 Kranji Stakes A 1200 metres on the poly track and carries 50.5kgs. As mentioned, the stablemates face a very strong field in this feature but he too can be considered a light weight place chance with the claim.
10.00 p.m. R10 3I Am Sacred (4 g I Am Invincible - Such A Princess) - Ruan Maia; drew barrier 7 of 12 in the $50,000 Class 4 1100 metres on the poly track and carries 57.5kgs. He does have first four credentials with the right run from gate seven.
