Te Akau Singapore has 18 horses entered on Sunday 15 August at Kranji.

Currently second, Mark Walker was Champion Trainer in 2015, 2017 (record 87 wins), and 2019, runner-up three times, third, and fourth, since Te Akau established its stable at Kranji in 2010.

4.00 p.m. R1 2 Our Secret Weapon  (4 g Outreach - Poppy's Pond) - Jerlyn Seow (a4); drew barrier 11 of 12 in the $30,000 Class 5 1000 metres on poly-track and carries 55kg. In good form, he rates a top four contender with luck from a tricky draw (11).

4.00 p.m. R1 9 Bad Boy Black  (4 g Gingerbread Man - Second Omen) - Shafiq Rusof; drew outside barrier (12) in the $30,000 Class 5 1000 metres on poly-track and carries 55.5kg. Drawing the widest gate (12) makes it tough for him.

4.30 p.m. R2 5 Dinar (3 g Dalghar - La Belle Femme) - Aiman Kamaruddin (a2); drew barrier 2 of 10 in the $75,000 Restricted Maiden 1200 metres on turf and carries 50.5kg. Having his first start, and one of a Mark Walker pair in this event, he rates a top four chance.

6.00 p.m. R5 11 Lady Roxanne (4 m Darci Brahma - Kindred) - Jerlyn Seow (a4); drew barrier 1 of 11 in the $320,000 Maiden 1600 metres on poly-track and carries 52kg. She needs to improve.

6.30 p.m. R6 1 Axel  (6 g Darci Brahma - Josephines Fortune) - Jerlyn Seow (a4); drew barrier 11 of 12 in the $50,000 Class 4 2000 metres on turf and carries 55kg. A very consistent individual, he drops to Class 4 and can be in the thick of the finishing action with luck from barrier 11.

6.30 p.m. R6 13 Buddy Buddy  (7 g Dubawi - Born Something) - Aiman Kamaruddin (a2); drew barrier 2 of 12 in the $50,000 Class 4 2000 metres on turf and carries 53kg. Sitting one on the ballot one, he is unlikely to gain a start but would be a top four prospect if he made the field and the track is rain-affected.
