Te Akau Singapore Sunday Preview

Te Akau Singapore has three horses entered on Sunday 18 August at Kranji. 

4:30 p.m. R1 3 Santino (4 g Santos – Mercy’s Choice) – Carlos Henrique; he drew barrier 9 of 11 in the S$30,000 Class 5 1100 metres on the poly track and carries 59kg. He drops back to Class 5, and will be better suited in this grade, thus he rates a top three chance. 

8:00 p.m. R8 8 Rocky (6 g El Roca – Anthology) – Carlos Henrique; he drew barrier 6 of 12 in the S$50,000 Class 4 1200 metres on the turf and carries 52kg. He resumed with a good third and should be further improved on that performance.

9:00 p.m. R10 8 Elliot Ness (7 g Written Tycoon – Walk With Attitude) – Manoel Nunes; he drew barrier 10 of 11 in the S$50,000 Class 4 1100 metres on the poly track and carries 53kg. He resumes here and requires luck from wide draw (10), however has the former champion jockey engaged and will improve for the run.
