5.50 p.m. R1 2 Affirmation (8 g Fastnet Rock - Affirmed Lane) - Hassan Amin (a4); drew barrier five of fourteen (12 run) in the $35,000 Class 5 1100 metres on the poly track and carries 52.5kgs. Although over a trip short of his best, he comes in fresh and can run a cheeky race under a light weight.

6.20 p.m. R2 7 Hee's Ego (3 g Tale of the Cat - Quatro) - Michael Rodd; drew barrier five of ten in the $75,000 Restricted Maiden 1100 metres on the poly track and carries 57kgs. In a strong field, where trainer Mark Walker expects No. 1 hard to beat, he has the services of a top rider aboard to rate a first five chance.

7.20 p.m. R4 2 Falcon (4 g Falkirk - Grand Princess) - Manoel Nunes; drew barrier five of fourteen (12 run) in the $65,000 Initiation 1200 metres on the poly track and carries 57.5kgs. Having pleased the trainer, he should be finding the line to finish in the first four - one of two in the race for Te Akau.

7.20 p.m. R4 9 Appellation (3 g Pentire - Tattinger) - Craig Newitt; drew barrier six of fourteen (12 run) in the $65,000 Initiation 1200 metres on the poly track and carries 54kgs. He has trained on well since his first run and with the services of a top rider, from a handy draw, it is hoped he can finish top five in a strong field.

7.50 p.m. R5 1 My Lucky Strike (3 g Charge Forward - Hanna Rossa) - Manoel Nunes; drew barrier twelve of fourteen (12 run) in the $60,000 Class 4 1000 metres on poly track and carries 58kgs. Has done very well winning two out of two and although now at the top of Class 4, and drawn wide, he has the services of the champion jockey and can overcome challenges to rate a top four chance.

8.25 p.m. R6 8 Pharma Browne (4 g Saperavi - Patient) - Manoel Nunes; drew barrier one of fourteen (12 run) in the $35,000 Maiden 1200 metres on the poly track and carries 53.5kgs. Will improve with more distance but services of the champion jockey and a good draw could see him finish in the first four.

8.55 p.m. R7 4 Makkura (7 m Falkirk - Electric Dream) - Corey Brown; drew barrier eight of eight in the $75,000 Open 1100 metres on the poly track and carries 56kgs. She resumes racing off a long spell and further plans will be made on assessment of her run - one of two in the race for Te Akau.

8.55 p.m. R7 6 Golden Sand Steed (5 g Pins - Ambitious) - Craig Newitt; drew barrier seven of eight in the $75,000 Open 1100 metres on the poly track and carries 54.5kgs. His very genuine racing attributes are never in doubt and he rates a top four chance in a strong field.

9.25 p.m. R8 1 Clermont Club (5 g Casino Prince - Razzle) - Manoel Nunes; drew barrier nine of fourteen (12 run) in the $35,000 Class 5 1700 metres on the poly track and carries 59kgs. With the top rider aboard, he can finish in the first four with a bit of luck in running - one of two in the race for Te Akau.

9.25 p.m. R8 3 Gods Speed (5 g Circular Quay - Gods Ear) - Corey Brown; drew barrier seven of fourteen (12 run) in the $35,000 Class 5 1700 metres on the poly track and carries 58.5kgs. Working well in preparation, he faces a slightly stronger fields but tries hard to rate a top five chance.

10.00 p.m. R9 10 Riedel (5 g Saperavi - La Conga) - Hassan Amin (a4); drew barrier four of eleven in the $80,000 Kranji C 1100 metres on the poly track and carries 51kgs. Racing over a trip short of his best, but seems bright and should be running home nicely under a light weight.

11.00 p.m. R11 6 Alpha Centauri (5 g Keeper - Country Rose) - Manoel Nunes; drew barrier twelve of fourteen (12 run) in the $60,000 Class 4 1200 metres on the poly track and carries 56.5kgs. He has drawn wide in a strong field but appears bright and well to be considered a first four chance with luck in running.
