Te Akau horses racing at Kranji Racecourse in Singapore, where 2015 Trainers' Premiership winner Mark Walker lies third on the Trainers' Premiership - now with 63 wins since 1 January.

Sunday 30 October

5.55 p.m. R1 6 VRAAD - App R Zawari (a2); starts the day's racing off for the team drawing barrier eight in this capacity Kranji Stakes D SW 1200m field of 14 runners.  Carrying 56kgs with the apprentice allowance, he enjoyed good form prior to his last start disappointment.  Racing on the turf long course A on Sunday, he wears blinkers for the first time and comes in fresh - a top four chance.

7.25 p.m. R4 10 JACK'S SECRET - Shafiq Rizuan; also a field of 14 for the S$65,000 Initiation 4YO+Below WFA 1200m on the turf long course A.  After a very encouraging debut effort for third, this 4YO draws the ace marble and will carry 57.5kgs.  He looks well placed here - a strong each way chance.

8.25 p.m. R6 1 AHMAR - Oscar Chavez; the first of two Mark Walker runners in this Kranji Stakes D SW 1200m on the turf long course A has unfortunately drawn out (11 of 14) and will carry joint top weight of 58kgs.  He was a much improved fourth second up in a Class 4 event - this is a much easier assignment - a top four chance.

8.25 p.m. R6 4 KEEN DRAGON - Shafiq Rizuan; the second for the stable has drawn much better (4) and will also carry 58kgs.  He finds an easier race than normal here - a top four chance.

8.55 p.m. R7 3 ROCKFAST - Manuel Nunes; this race was won by the stable last year with Sebrose and in 2016 the top jockey rides another very good galloper who was third in the Group 1 Singapore Derby in July and is en route to a Group 1 Singapore Gold Cup tilt in November.  In this S$150,000 Group 3 El Dorado Classic on the turf long course A over 2200m, he has copped a shocker of a draw (10 of 12) and will carry 54.5kgs.  It has been raining a good deal in recent days and this horse is a different horse altogether with a rain affected track which would be a great assist - a top four chance.
