Te Akau horses racing at Kranji racecourse in Singapore, where 2015 and 2017 Premiership winning trainer Mark Walker has recorded 39 wins, 55 second and 45 third placings since 1 January - including a Group 1 quinella in the Charity Bowl to add to the season's two Group 2 victories. He currently lies fourth on the Trainers' Premiership.

6.40 p.m. R2 3 Axel (3 g Darci Brahma - Josephines Fortune) - Ryan Curatolo; drew barrier 7 of 10 in the $85,000 Restricted Maiden 1100 metres on the poly track and carries 53kgs. In very good form and a top three chance.
7.10 p.m. R3 1 Hidden Promise (6 g Postponed - Promissory) - Razali Zawari (a1); drew barrier 8 of 11 in the $45,000 Class 4 1600 metres on turf and carries 57kgs. Better suited in Kranji D, but he rates a place chance.
7.40 p.m. R4 2 First Light (5 g Duporth - All Our Chips) - Ryan Curatolo; drew barrier 7 of 13 in the $38,000 Kranji D 1600 metres on turf and carries 58kgs. He has disappointed of late and needs to improve.
8.45 p.m. R6 1 Man of Mystery (4 g All Too Hard - Black Minx) - Vlad Duric; drew barrier 3 of 11 in the $45,000 Class 4 1000 metres on the poly track and carries 57kgs. First starter, trialled well, and he rates a top four chance. The first of two in the event for Mark Walker.
8.45 p.m. R6 11 Spokesman (4 g Alamosa - Panthera) - MM Firdaus (a1); drew barrier 7 of 11 in the $45,000 Class 4 1000 metres on the poly track and carries 50kgs. He will be better suited in Class 5.
9.15 p.m. R7 13 Ancient Warrior (6 g Iffraaj - Nuance) - CK Ng (a3); drew the outside barrier (12) in the $100,000 Kranji B 1100 metres on the poly track and carries 50.5kgs. Back in distance, he requires a drop in grade to Class 4.
