Friday March 13
11.20 p.m. R1 4 Double Jeopardy (4 g Mettre En Jeu - Flyin' Finnish) - Michael Rodd; drew barrier three of twelve in the $35,000 Maiden 1700 metres on the poly track and carries 55.5kgs. He has pleased trainer Mark Walker since his good second last start and rates a top four chance again from the handy gate.

11.50 p.m. R2 8 Regal Red (3 g Shinko King - Red Carrera) - Michael Rodd; drew barrier nine of twelve in the $75,000 Restricted Maiden 2 & 3YO 1100 metres on the poly track and carries 57kgs. Training on well since his trial, the sprint trip is short of his best but an ideal race to kick-off. After settling back, hopefully he can round off solidly into the first five.

12.50 a.m. (Saturday) R4 9 Secret Spice (3 f Sakhee's Secret - Caparison) - Shafiq Rusof (a1); drew barrier six of ten in the $65,000 Initiation 1200 metres on the poly track and carries 52.5kgs. Pleasing in her work since a trial, she would appreciate stepping up in distance but could sneak a place if able to secure an economical passage.

1.20 a.m. (Saturday) R5 11 Zac Star Destroyer (8 g Cape Cross - Noble Air) - Harry Kasim (a1); drew barrier five of fourteen in the $35,000 Class 5 1100 metres on the poly track and carries 50kgs. The winner of five races, he resumes off a long spell and likely to take improvement.

6.50 p.m. R2 5 Hee's Ego (3 g Tale of the Cat - Quatro) - Craig Newitt; drew barrier one of nine in the $65,000 Initiation 1600 metres on the poly track and carries 55kgs. Bright and in good form, he too rates a strong chance especially having drawn the ace.

7.50 p.m. R4 5 Zac Command (7 g Ishiguru - Dominica) - Shafiq Rusof (a1); drew barrier two of ten in the $38,000 Kranji D 1200 metres on the turf short course C, for claiming riders, and carries 55.5kgs. While (3) Mighty Man is expected to be hardest to beat, he is ideally drawn to rate a top four chance.

8.20 p.m. R5 2 Q Nine Magic (4 g Guillotine - Skag Way) - Michael Rodd; drew barrier six of ten in the $60,000 Class 4 1200 metres on the poly track and carries 57.5kgs. A capable horse when racing as The French Way in New Zealand, he has produced two very good performances since arriving in Singapore. Following a trip in midfield he can round off solidly as a first four chance.

8.50 p.m. R6 5 Fiscal Wings (6 g Fusaichi Pegasus - Cashier) - Shafiq Rusof (a1); drew barrier one of twelve in the $38,000 Kranji D 1200 metres on the turf short course C, for claiming riders, and carries 55.5kgs. He faces a relatively strong field, but drawing the ace should assist his chances - one of two in the race for Te Akau.
8.50 p.m. R6 10 Gods Speed (5 g Circular Quay - Gods Ear) - Harry Kasim (a1); drew barrier eleven of twelve in the $38,000 Kranji D 1200 metres on the turf short course C, for claiming riders, and carries 54kgs. Is looking for a step up in trip, but this race will keep him fit for his next assignment and hopefully he can run home encouragingly from back in the field.
