Te Akau horses racing at Kranji Racecourse in Singapore, where trainer Mark Walker leads the premiership with 72 wins (8 ahead of 2nd) since the season started on 1 January.

11.20 p.m. R1 8 Dr Octopus (5 g Perfectly Ready - Kalapana Black) - Michael Rodd; drew the outside barrier of fourteen (12 run) in the $35,000 Class 5 1000 metres on the poly track and carries 56kgs. Good rider, but requires luck the draw - one of two in the race for Te Akau.
11.20 p.m. R1 12 Zac Gallant (6 g Darci Brahma - Clermont Rose) - Timothy Bell; drew barrier ten of fourteen (12 run) in the $35,000 Class 5 1000 metres on the poly track and carries 56kgs. Again, good rider but will require luck from the draw.
