Te Akau New Zealand has one horse entered for the eight-race programme on Friday 9 January at Tauranga.
As on Thursday 8 January the conditions were: fine and Dead5, rail out 1.5 metres.
1.55 p.m. R3 5 Vive La Difference (3 f Choisir - L'Artiste) - Matt Cameron; freshened following a solid effort for second in the Rating 65 1600 metres on Oct. 27 at Te Rapa, and resumes off 74-days in the Rating 65 1300 metres. Impressive when winning fresh up in her previous campaign over 1200 metres at Te Rapa, blinkers on should see her position just behind the pace from barrier seven and she boasts the form to warrant favouritism here.
