Te Akau Te Aroha Preview
Te Akau New Zealand has three horses racing on Tuesday 13 November at Te Aroha.

As on Monday 12 November the conditions were: cloudy and Dead4, rail out 3 metres -  5mls rain forecast Tuesday.

3.31 p.m. R7 6 Motivation (4 g Mastercraftsman - Tenacity) - Opie Bosson; produced a big finish for second to stable-mate Meteoric Lass (Stratum), running the fastest 600m (34.2), when resuming in the Rating 65 1200 metres on 10 October at Taupo, and stayed home well for second, from back and wide, in the Rating 65 1400 metres on 26 October at Pukekohe. A winner here on debut over 1400 metres, with Bosson aboard, he again seems capable of threatening despite drawing the outside gate (10) in the $11,000 Rating 72 1600 metres.

3.31 p.m. R7 8 Elegant D'Oro (5 m Medaglia d'Oro - Elegant Fashion) - Nik Bakar (a4); has looked good in two quiet trials, with Bakar aboard, and claiming to 51.5kgs she resumes in the $11,000 Rating 72 1600 metres. Twice a winner to 2100 metres in her last campaign, a patient approach from barrier nine should see her running home strongly.

4.08 p.m. R8 10 Pinot Grey (3 f Burgundy - Streaming) - Opie Bosson; was given a good spell after finishing fifth to stable-mate and Champion Two-Year-Old Avantage (Fastnet Rock) in the $1m Karaka Million (Listed, 1200m), and ideally drawn (3) to resume in the $10,000 Rating 65 1200 metres. Not asked for too much in preparatory trials, she won impressively on debut, before a stakes' placed fourth, and possesses a class factor to make an impact first up.
