Te Akau Te Aroha Preview

Te Akau New Zealand has one horse entered for the eight-race programme on Wednesday July 9 at Te Aroha.

As on Tuesday July 8 the conditions were: showery and Heavy11, rail out 4 metres.

1:55pm R4 6 Redoute's Chance (3 g Redoute's Choice - Lady's Delight) - Daniel Miller (a3); was off the pace on debut over a mile on holding Slow9 footing at Hawera, and steps up distance in the Maiden High-weight 2200 metres. Prior to racing he was close up in third at the trials to Gesemi (Ekraar), who has since won and placed third last Saturday at Te Rapa. With a three-kilo weight claim in effect, connections are hoping to see a marked improvement over ground.
