Te Akau New Zealand has one horse entered for the eight-race programme on Friday 13 Februaryat Te Aroha.

As on Thursday 12 February the conditions were: fine and Good3, rail out 2 metres.

4.15 p.m. R7 3 Tiara (4 m O'Reilly - Royal Lady) - Lee Magorrian (a2); has been freshened since last racing over 1950 metres at Rotorua, and comes in off 36-days for the Rating 65 1600 metres. Claiming two kilos to carry 56.5kgs, she is likely to work forward from barrier ten to take up a handy position. Three starts ago, with this jockey aboard, she led her rivals a merry chase to win the Rating 65 1600 metres in a slick time (1:34.7) on Nov. 8 at Te Rapa.
