Te Akau Te Teko Preview

Te Akau New Zealand has one horse entered for the eight-race programme on Monday Jan. 27 at Te Teko.

As on Sunday Jan. 26 the conditions were: cloudy and Dead4, rail true.

12:40pm R1 5 My Fiancée (4 m Snitzel - Meet My Sis) - Matt Cameron; made her run wide into the home straight from back in the field for sixth when resuming from a 168-day break in the Maiden Fillies & Mares 1230 metres on Jan. 6 at Rotorua. Prior to she had trialled nicely for fifth behind subsequent fresh-up winner Rising Force (Dylan Thomas) on Dec. 17 at Te Aroha. She was unlucky not to have claimed a win through her three-year-old season and strips better for her first up outing. Accepted and drawn barrier six in both the Maiden 1200 metres and the following race (1:10pm R2 8), the Maiden 1400 metres, trainer Jason Bridgman will make a decision on race morning.
