Plough:

Group One NRM Sprint starter Heroic Valour (McNab) looked good working over 1000 metres in 1.15, last 600 in 44. The Group One winning colt has drawn barrier nine in the 1400 metre feature.

Splurge (Miller) impressed co-trainer Stephen Autridge over 1000 metres in 1.12, last 600 in 43.5.

Te Rapa runner Gold Fever (K. Price) completed her preparations for Saturday's 2YO event, covering 1000 metres in 1.13, last 600 in 43.5. Cameron Lammas retains the ride and she has drawn barrier four.

Smoke House Bay (Leveque) and Abloom (Tan) both weren't after time, working individually over 1000 metres in 1.16, last 600 in 45.

Fastnet Fire (Fawcett) was another given a quiet hit out, running 1000 meters in 1.18, last 600 in 46.

More Than Fast (Leveque) followed by Astrid (Lammas) worked over 1000 metres in 1.15, last 600 in 45. Icebomb (Pinn) also did similar work.

Dame Margo Fonteyn (Fawcett) worked over 1200 metres, running her last 1000 in 1.13, 600 in 43.

Alamosa Express (Miller) worked with a partner over 800 metres in 55, last 600 in 40.

Royal Success (McNab) preparing for a trial at Cambridge next Tuesday, worked over 1000 metres in 1.10, last 600 in 40.

Colorado Prince (K. Price) enjoyed his work, running 1000 metres in 1.16, last 600 in 45.

Kingsman (McNab) worked at three-quarter pace over 800 metres in 1.00, last 600 in 45.

Age Of Fire (Fawcett) looked good working with 2c Power - MacInally (McNab) over 600 metres in 44.7.


All- Weather:

2f Rip Van Winkle - Key To Dance (Tan) and 2f Darci Brahma - Velvet And Satin (K. Price) matched strides over 600 metres in 45.5.

 

Wednesday 8 February -

Plough:

Remington (Tan) and Coup Bradman (Lammas) worked 600 metres at three-quarter pace.

Cloudburst (McNab) and Embellish (Miller) both followed doing similar work.
