Plough:

Beaumarchais (Miller) coming off his fourth placing in the New Zealand Derby went 1200m in 1.25. Beaumarchais (Savabeel) has freshened up well following the Derby and will head to the Group Three Manawatu Classic over 2000 metres at Awapuni next Saturday.

Colarado Prince (Cole) & Fastnet Fire (Fawcett) worked over 1000m in 1.10, last 600 in 40.

Rocksun (Pinn) worked over 800m in 59, last 600m in 45.

Gold Fever (Miller) was followed by Swing Note (K.Price) over 1000m in 1.13, last 600 in 40.3

Princess Davone (Fawcett) covered 1000m in 1.11, last 600 in 42. Tatters (Lammas) worked over the same ground running similar time.

King Kane (McNab) looked good working over 1000 metres in 1.09, last 600 in 39.
All-Weather:

Brer (Leveque) worked two laps, increasing his pace from the 1400m and looked good at the end of his work.
