Te Akau track work Thursday Feb. 20

Plough:
Abidewithme (Misbah) and Angelica Hall (Misbah) worked over 1200 metres in 1:20.5, 1000m in 1:05.2, and the last 600m in 37.7. Winner of the Anniversary Handicap (Listed, 1600m) last time out Trentham, Abidewithme (Redoute's Choice) is preparing for the Westbury Classic (Gr. 3, 1400m) on Auckland Cup Day, March 5, at Ellerslie, and the unbeaten Angelica Hall (Guillotine) contests the Mr Tiz Trophy (Gr. 3, 1200m) on, March 8, the third day of the Auckland Carnival.

Pride and Passion (Hercock) and Stylee (Misbah) worked over 1200 metres in 1:20.1, 1000m in 1:04.8, and last 600m in 36.9. Both mares are scheduled to race next week.

Cold Snap (Grylls) and Osmunda (Colgan) covered 1200 metres 1:19.1, 1000m in 1:04.1, last 600m in 37.8. Trainer Jason Bridgman would like to see a bit of give in the ground for both fillies to resume racing and go on into their autumn campaigns.

Urban Angel (Ellis) worked over 1000 metres at three-quarter pace.
