Plough:

Angelica Hall (Miller) worked easily over 800 metres in 57, last 600m in 42, preparing for the Mr Tiz Trophy (Gr. 3, 1200m) on Saturday at Ellerslie.

Scheduled to race next Wednesday, March 12, at Matamata, Osmunda (Misbah) who contests the Benchmark 65 1400 metres and Riverenza (Hercock), the Benchmark 65 2000 metres, went 1200 metres in 1:18.4, 1000m 1:03.5, last 600m in 36.7. Planning to debut at the same meeting in the Maiden 1400 metres, La Adelita (Hercock) and Sneaky Feelings (Misbah), resuming in the Benchmark 65 1400 metres, covered 1200 metres in 1:18.7, 1000m in 1:03.6, last 600m in 36.5.

Davey Crockett (Hercock - pictured below right) and Rockfast (Misbah - pictured below left) went 800 metres in 52.2, last 600m in 38.2. Having finished second in the Matamata Slipper (Listed, 1200m) recently on his home track, Rockfast (Fastnet Rock) will contest the Maiden 2YO 1200 metres on March 12 at Matamata, in preparation for the Sires' Produce Stakes (Gr. 1, 1400m) on March 29 at Awapuni, and Davey Crockett (Scardee Cat) is looking to debut in the Maiden 1200 metres on Saturday March 15 at Te Rapa.

Scheduled to trial next Tuesday, March 11, at Rotorua, Equanimity (Misbah) and Thrive (Miller) covered 1000 metres on 1:04.6, last 600 in 36.1, Clos De Tart (Kilinc) and Orinto (Hercock) worked over 800m in 52.1, last 600m in 36.4, Scandinavian (Miller) and 2 c Murtajill - Silent Smytzer (Forbes) covered 800 metres 52, last 600m in 38.5

Bordeaux (Richards - main picture right) in company with Cathedral Cove (Miller - main picture left) ran over 800 metres in 53.5, last 600m in 38.4.
