Te Akau track work highlights - Thursday 1 November -

Course Proper:

Embellish (O Bosson) worked at three quarter pace over 1000 metres in 1.15, last 600 in 43. He worked along nicely and is set to resume in the $35,000 Open 1300 metres at Tauranga this Saturday. Pinultimate (O Bosson) also worked over 1000 metres, running very similar times. Pinultimate aims to claim another win in the Rating 65 F&M at Otaki next Thursday.

Readying for the Rating 65 1600 metres at Ellerslie on Melbourne Cup day, King Kane (D Miller) galloped nicely over 1200 metres in 1.22.9, home in 38.9.

Meteoric Lass (D Miller) led Pinot Grey (C Burdan) at three quarter pace over 1000 metres in 1.14.2, working up the straight to finish off in 42.6. Meteoric Lass hopes to gain a start in the Rating 72 1300 metres at Tauranga on Saturday while Pinot Grey heads toward the Rating 65 1200 metres at Awapuni on Saturday.

Working toward the Rating 65 1400 metres at Avondale next Wednesday, Fine Bouquet (N Bakar) galloped nicely over 1000 metres in 1.08.9, last 600 in 40.2.

Paulownia (O Bosson) worked over an easy 800 metres in 59.4, last 600 in 43.5.

Lady Zeraph (N Bakar) galloped over an easy 1000 metres in 1.12.1, last 600 in 42. Lady Zeraph is scheduled to head down the line to Otaki next Thursday for the Rating 72 1600 metres.

 

No.2 Sand:

Sword Of Osman (O Bosson) worked nicely at thee quarter pace over 1200 metres in 1.30, last 600 in 45. Sword Of Osman prepares to travel south to contest the Group 1 NZ 2000 Guineas on the first day of Cup Week, Saturday 10 November.

Readying to race at Hastings next Sunday, Don'tblamethemusic (C Leveque) looked good working at three quarter pace over 1000 metres, running the last 600 in 45.5.

Mazzuro (D Miller) worked at three quarter pace over 800 metres in 1 minute, last 600 in 44.5.

3f Cape Blanco - My Fiancee (J Bragg) galloped solo over an easy 800 metres in 59, home in 43.5.

Fabulous Flight (C Burdan) worked at three quarter pace over 1000 metres in 1.16, last 600 in 43. Fabulous Flight aims to break maiden status when lining up the race in the Maiden 1400 metres at Te Rapa next Saturday.

Probabeel (N Bakar) and Dolce Amore (C Leveque) paired up to work at three quarter pace over 800 metres, running home in 44.1.

 

All Weather:

Zambezi Warrior (O Bosson) galloped over an easy 1000 metres, running the last 600 in 41.4.

Full Of Joy (J Bragg), 2f Ghibellines - Megagem (C Leveque) and Harlow (R Alam) all worked nicely together at three quarter pace over 600 metres in 44.
