Te Akau track work highlights - Thursday 29 November -

 

Course Proper:

Preparing to race at New Plymouth next Thursday, Motivation (C Burdan) worked nicely over an easy 1200 metres in 1.28.7, home in 42.5.

Probabeel (D Miller) and She's Not Bad (N Bakar) paired up to work at three quarter pace over 1000 metres in 1.16.3, last 600 in 44.8. Probabeel and She's Not bad are now primed and ready to race at Ellerslie on Saturday.

Not Usual Dream (J Nason) looked good working over an easy 1000 metres in 1.13.8, home in 42.5 easy. Not Usual Dream readies to kick off in the Maiden 1400 metres at Pukekohe next Wednesday.

Also building up toward racing at Pukekohe and New Plymouth next week; Pacific Coast (D Miller) and Burgundy Belle (J Nason) galloped an easy 1000 metres in 1.12.9, last 600 in 42.1.

 

No. 2 Sand:

On track to race at Ellerslie Saturday week, Beaumarchais (C Burdan) worked nicely at three quarter pace over 1000 metres in 1.15, last 600 in 43. Also aiming toward racing at Ellerlsie next week; Total Excess (D Miller) worked at three quarter pace over 1000 metres in 1.16, last 600 in 44.5.

Byzantine (J Stan) worked along at three quarter pace over 800 metres, running the final 600 in 44.

Meteoric Lass (J Nason) looked good working at three quarter pace over 1000 metres in 1.16, last 600 in 44. Pinultimate (C Leveque) also pleased when working over 1000 metres, running very similar times.

You're Welcome (C Burdan) worked on his own over an easy 800 metres in 57.1, last 600 in 42.

Elegant D'Oro (N Bakar) worked at three quarter pace over 1000 metres in 1.17.1, home in 46.
