Plough:
Racing in the Group 3 $70,000 Sunline Vase (3YOF SW, 2100m) at Ellerslie on Saturday, Savy Yong Blonk (J Nason) looked good galloping over an easy 1200 metres in 1.26, home in 42.
In single file: Pacific Coast (A Jones) and Bojangles (D Montes de Oca) worked at three quarter pace over 800 metres in 1.04, last 600 in 43.
Equinox (D Miller) worked at three quarter pace over 1000 metres in 1.15.9, home in 45. He was followed by Aotea Lad (N Bakar) who ran similar times.
Puysegur (J Kamaruddin) and Probabeel (G Boss) paired up to gallop an easy 800 metres in 57, last 600 in 41.
Lord High Spirit (A Jones) worked on his own at three quarter pace over 1200 metres in 1.30.7, last 600 in 41.
Richard Of Yorke (D Montes de Oca) and Ritzy Sparkle (A Jones) galloped an easy 800 metres in 56.6, home in 41.
Prise De Fer (D Miller) was followed by In A Twinkling (G Boss) when working at three quarter pace over 1200 metres in 1.29.5, last 600 in 43. The pair looked to be working very well and we are certainly pleased with them ahead of the $1m Group 1 NZ Derby (3YO SW, 2400m) at Ellerslie on Saturday.
Grand Ariana (J Kamaruddin) and Oceans Eight (C Grylls) galloped nicely over an easy 800 metres in 55, last 600 in 40.
Preparing for the $60,000 Listed Mufhasa Stakes (3YO SW+P) 1300 metres at Ellerslie on Saturday, Queen Of The Air (G Boss) worked along nicely at three quarter pace over 1000 metres in 1.15.5, home in 42.
Not Usual Dream (C Burdan) was followed by Willpower (D Miller) when galloping over an easy 1000 metres in 1.11, home in 41.
Boutonniere (J Nason) and 2f Shooting To Win - Kekova (A Jones) paired up to gallop over 600 metres in 40.
In single file; Express Lane (J Kamarudin) and Icebomb (J Bragg) worked at three quarter pace over 800 metres, final 600 in 44. Remington (C Burdan) also worked over an easy 800 metres, running home in very similar time.
Mongolianconqueror (D Miller) and Royal Guard (G Boss) galloped over an easy 800 metres in 56, home in 40.
