Course proper at Taupo (Dead):

Bon Marche (Samuelsson) and Madame Jamai (Hercock) worked over 1000 metres to clock 49.1, last 600m in 35.7. Each just turned three, they are scheduled to resume on Wednesday Aug. 20 at Taupo.

Highly Likely (Richards) and Sunset Pass (Hercock) worked around a lap of the track, running 1200 metres in 1:17.9 and the last 600m in 36.5.

Bordeaux (Richards) and Show No Emotion (Hercock) galloped over 1200 metres in 1:18.1, 1000m in 1:03.2, and quickening over the final 600m in 35.5.
