Te Akau trackwork highlights - Thursday 15 August -

 

Course Proper: right handed

Readying to race in the Rating 72 1600 metres at Otaki on Saturday, English Rose (O Bosson) worked at three quarter pace over 1200 metres in 1.27, last 200 in 14.5.

Racing in the Group 2 Foxbridge Plate from an outside draw on Saturday, Melody Belle (T Harris) worked at three quarter pace over 1000 metres, last 200 in 13. She was followed by Burgundy Belle (J Kamaruddin) who ran similar time. 

Also drawing wide in the Foxbridge Plate, Te Akau Shark (O Bosson) worked at three quarter pace over 1000 metres, last 600 in 42, final 200 in 13.5.

Reiko (C Grylls) and Ronaldo's Dream (M McNab) galloped over an easy 800 metres, last 600 in 41.6, final 200 in 13.5.

Shezathinka (T Harris) and Summer Monsoon (C Burdan) galloped over an easy 800 metres, last 600 in 40.9, final 200 in 12.9 

You're Welcome (M McNab) and Shebringsmerubies (D Montes de Oca) paired up to gallop over an easy 1000 metres, last 400 in 27. Luminous (T Harris) also galloped over 1000 metres, running home in similar time.  

No.2 Sand: 

Savy Yong Blonk (T Harris) and Zareeba (J Kamaruddin) looked good galloping over 1000 metres in 1.08, last 600 in 39.

3f Savabeel - Banchee (A Handley) worked at three quarter pace over 800 metres, last 600 in 45. Willpower (S Weatherley) also worked over an easy 800 metres and ran home in very similar time. 

Together (T Harris) galloped on her own over an easy 800 metres, last 600 in 41. 

Ocean Star (S Weatherley) worked along nicely at three quarter pace over 800 metres, last 600 in 45.
