Course Proper:

Scott Base (M McNab) and Equinox (O Bosson) galloped over 800 metres in 54, last 600 in 39.6. They were followed by Kingsguard (C Burdan) who ran similar times. 

Racing at New Plymouth on Saturday, Burgundy Belle (T Harris) worked at three quarter pace over 1000 metres in 1.15.5, home in 45.

No.2 Sand:

Military Step (C Burdan) worked at three quarter pace over 1000 metres in 1.15.9, home in 44.8. Lucky Shark (C Burdan) also worked over 1000 metres, running very similar times. 

Savy Yong Blonk (T Harris) worked at three quarter pace over 1200 metres in 1.29, last 600 in 44.

Aotea Lad (O Bosson) worked at three quarter pace over 1000 metres in 1.12, final 600 in 42.

Mazzuro (M McNab) worked at three quarter pace over 1200 metres in 1.31, last 600 in 45.

Weaponry (O Bosson) and Faltonius (M McNab), Byzantine (O Bosson) and Ocean Star (M McNab) galloped in pairs over 1000 metres in 1.06, last 600 in 38.5.

Scottish Star (S Weatherley) worked on her own at three quarter pace over 1000 metres in 1.14, home in 44.6.
