Te Akau track work highlights -  Thursday 2 April -

Plough:

Smashing (Lammas) went over 800 metres in 55.6, last 600m in 39.7. Smashing (Pins) takes her place in the 3YO 1400 metres on Saturday at Te Aroha.

Tiara (Schistl) worked solo over 1200m in 1:17.1, last 600m in 36.2.

Highly Likely (Lammas) and Sonsy (Hercock) worked over 1400m. They covered the 1200m in 1:19.4, last 600m 37.1.

Three-quarter pace on the plough:

Opulent (Roff) 800m, Darci's Dream (Miller) 800m, Flaming (Hercock) 800m.

Jump outs over 600 metres (Dead4):

Maleficent (Davidson), O'Know (Zac-Syed) and 2 f Saperavi - Primo Quest (Hercock) jumped out as a trio. Going as a pair, Zambezi Warrior (Lammas) and 2 f Darci Brahma - So Explicit (Roff), as did 2 f Alamosa - Sea Rhythm (Zac-Syed) and 2 g Saperavi - Aventura (Hercock). Fastnet Fire (Roff), 2 f Saperavi - Doyenne (Davidson) and 2 f High Chaparral - Starrinka (Lammas) went as a trio.
