Plough:

Preparing for the weight-for-age $200,000 NRM Sprint (Gr. 1, 1400m) on Saturday at Te Rapa, Xtravagant (Miller) looked terrific going an easy 1000m in 1:17 and last 600m in 45.

Duchess Kate (Miller) worked over ground before running the 1200m in 1:30 and 600m in 45. Duchess Kate (Savabeel) steps up for the $100,000 Cambridge Stud Sir Tristram Fillies Classic (Gr. 2, 2000m) on Saturday at Te Rapa.

Skyscraper (Miller) ran an easy 1200m in 1:28. Skyscraper (Manhattan Rain) is racing on Sunday at Matamata, in the Maiden 1600 metres.

Zambezi Warrior (Ritchie) went an easy 1200m in 1:27, last 600m in 41. Silverdale (Shailer) did similar work in 1:29, last 600m in 42.

Corporate Missile (Lammas) and 3 g Per Incanto - Flying Florence (R. Jones) galloped 800m in 50.6 and the last 600m in 36.1.

Tatters (K. Price) and Thetruthisoutthere (Fawcett) ran an easy 800m in 56, last 600m in 41.

Plough, three-quarter pace:

Alert (Shailer) went 1000m in 1:15, last 600m in 45. Chadsdale (Ritchie) and Splurge (Richards), each working solo, did similar work.

O'Know (Leveque) worked over 1000m, last 600m in 44. O'Know (O'Reilly) contests the Maiden 3YO 1600 metres on Sunday at Matamata.

Opulent (Lammas) ran an easy 1000m in 1:16, last 600m in 46. Opulent (Keeper) contests the Rating 75 1600 metres at Matamata.

Herschal (Leveque) and 2 f Savabeel - Modern Lady (Fawcett) ran 800m in 60, last 600m in 44.
