Course proper (slow):
Preparing for the Wellington Guineas (Gr. 2, 1500m) next Saturday, Oct. 26, at Trentham, All Decked Out (Cameron) and King's Rock (Miller) worked over 1200 metres to clock 1000m 1:09.7, last 600m in 39.2. The respective riders, and trainer Jason Bridgman, were happy with the gallop.

A smart trial winner recently at Cambridge, O'Darci (Cameron) worked with Sovereign Rose (Miller) over 1000 metres in 1:08.1, last 600m in 39.7. They are both scheduled to run next Thursday, Oct. 24, at Hastings. Staying mare Sovereign Rose was useful late in the piece at Taupo, and up to a mile can produce another solid effort before looking for 2000 metres.
Hardcore Rock (Cameron) and Longbeach (Miller) worked well over 1000 metres in 1:07.9, last 600m in 38.7. Hardcore Rock is on target for the Wednesday meeting, Oct. 23, at Te Aroha, and Longbeach heads to Hastings.

Galloping up ahead of his debut next week at Hastings, The Musician (Miller) worked with Peerage (Cameron) who is scheduled to debut at Te Aroha. They clocked 1:08.9 for the 1000 metres, final 600m in 39.8.
On the sand, Cajero (Miller) and Red on Black (Cameron) worked over 1000 metres in 1:06, last 600m in 38.
Prospero (Cameron) worked at three-quarter pace over 1800 metres, as did Sunset Pass (Hercock).
Ready for the Benchmark 65 1950m on Saturday at Rotorua, Orinto (Miller) worked over 1000 metres at three-quarter pace.
