Course proper (Dead):

Brer (Miller) worked over ground at three-quarter pace, running the 1200m in 1:26 and final 600m in 42. He is very fit ahead of his first jumps assignment this Saturday at Te Rapa in the $20,000 Open Steeplechase over 4000 metres.

Plough:

Astrid (M. Grylls) and Ebony Star (Fawcett) galloped 800m in 52, last 600m in 37.8.

Love Actually (Fawcett) covered an easy 800m in 53, last 600m in 39.5.

Esprit De Corp (Hillis) and Its Our Showtime (K. Jones) went an easy 1000m in 1:06, last 600m in 37.5. Christine Louise (Leveque) and Rocksun (Ritchie) did similar work over 1000m in 1:06.8, last 600m in 37.3. Spritz (Lammas) ran 1000m in 1:03, last 600m in 36.8.

Abloom (M. Grylls) and Bobtail (Hanafi) went an easy 800m in 57, last 600m in 41. Gardenier (Miller) ran 800m in 54, last 600m in 40. 2 f Pins - Lillet (Miller) also ran 800m in 55, last 600m in 40.  2 f Alamosa - Eclectic Heights (Hanafi) and 2 f Mastercraftsman - Lynisky (Fawcett) went 800m in 51.8, last 600m in 36.9.

Pure Savalina (Miller) ran 800m in 55.4, last 600m in 40.2. Abbey Kay (Leveque) and 3 f Captain Rio - Capital Gold (Lammas) went in 52.8, last 600m in 38.4. Zip Zap (Lammas) and 2 f Alamosa - Popsy (Hanafi) covered 800m in 53.2, last 600m in 38. Cabaret (Hanafi) and Lady Masako (K. Jones) went 800m in 56, last 600m in 41.3. Elegant D'oro (M. Grylls) and Kuia (Leveque) ran 800m in 52.6, last 600m in 38.9.

Preparing for the Rating 65 1600 metres on Sunday at Wanganui, Tavis Star (K. Jones) worked well within herself over 1200m and last 600m in 43.

At the same meeting, in the Rating 65 1200 metres, Interstellar (Lammas) went 1000m in 1:14.7, last 600m in 43.

Shillelagh (Miller) 1000m in 1:15, last 600m in 44. Chambord (Leveque) went 1400m, the last 1200m in 1:30 and final 600m in 46.
