Course proper (Heavy):

Windborne (M. Grylls) worked solo at three-quarter pace over 1000m in 1:14, looking good in preparation for the 3YO 1200 metres on Saturday at Te Rapa.

Cabaret (M. Grylls) and Ebony Star (Fawcett) went 800m in 57, last 600m in 41.8.

Astrid (Miller) and Bobtail (Hanafi) ran 1000m in 1:13, last 600m in 42.

Sensitive Smile (M. Grylls) and Royal Success (Ritchie) went 1000m in 1:12.3, last 600m in 41.5.

Niamh Elizabeth (Leveque) and Love Actually (Fawcett) ran 1000m in 1:08, last 600m in 40.1.
