Flemington:

Xtravagant (K. Jones) worked 1000 metres on the dirt track, he ran 1000 metres in 1.04.5, coming home his last 600 in 37.5. He had overcome his minor setback and rider Kerry Jones said the horse felt terrific.

Shillelagh (K. Jones) worked over 800 metres with a partner. Co-trainer Stephen Autridge is very happy with her heading into her first start on Wednesday at Sandown in a BM84 F&M 1400 metre event, where Damien Oliver has been engaged to ride her.

Course Proper - reverse direction:

Unbeaten son of Fastnet Rock Heroic Valour (Miller - Main Picture) worked with a partner over 1000 metres, he ran his last 800 metres in 53.4, 600 in 40.3. The colt makes his three-year-old debut next Saturday at Ruakaka in the Listed Northern Breeders Stakes over 1200 metres.

Matamata runners this Wednesday, Corporate Missile (Miller) and Cabaret (Fawcett) worked over 1000 metres, the pair ran their last 800 in 55.5, 600 in 41.4. Both pleasing co-trainer Jamie Richards with their work leading into Wednesday's races.

No. 2 Sand:

Trelawney Stud-owned Vinevale (R. Cole) covered 800 metres on her own in 1.00.5, last 600 in 46.2. Showcasing gelding Exhibition (Miller) ran 800 metres in 59.7, last 600 in 43.7.

Sylvia's Special (K. Price) was followed by Winehouse (Hillis) over 800 metres in 1.01.5, last 600 in 46. Stolen Love (Leveque) worked on her own over 800 in 57.2, last 600 in 41.

Kuia (Miller) worked in company with Primrose (Fawcett) over 800 metres in 1.01, last 600 in 45.9. 3g Savabeel - Pins On Ice (Miller) was paired with Amperage (Fawcett) over 800 metres, they ran the 800 in 56.2, last 600 in 40.5.

Pencarrow Stud-owned Echezeaux (Leveque) worked over 800 metres in 58.9, last 600 in 43.8. She has bounced through her Te Teko trial and will trial again on Thursday, September 8 at Cambridge.

2g Burgundy - Eclectic Heights (Fawcett) with a partner galloped 600 metres in 38.6. The filly is set to trial on Thursday at Cambridge.

3f Redoute's Choice - Scarlett Lady (Fawcett) and Elegant D'Oro (Coleman) worked over 800 metres in 58.9, last 600 in 43.5.

Savabeel gelding Herschal (Leveque) ran 800 metres in 1.01, last 600 in 45.4. Fastnet Fire (K. Price) galloped 800 metres in 59.1, coming home in 44.4.

2f Commands - Meleka Belle (K. Price) and Inspire Me (Hillis) worked over 600 metres, they sprinted their last 400 metres in 30.2.

Pure Savalina (Leveque) was tracked by Princess Davone (Fawcett) over 800 metres, they covered their last 400 metres in 29.7.

Abidewithme (M. Grylls) preparing for Avondale trials on September 20, worked over 800 metres, last 400 in 29.4.

All-weather:

2c Stratum - Princess Narine (McNab), English Rose (Miller) & 2f Iffraaj - Regal Thrills (Hillis) worked as a trio over 600 metres. The three two-year-olds are set to have their first trial at Avondale trials on September 20.
