Te Akau track work Thursday April 17
Course proper (Slow):

Angelica Hall (Forbes - pictured above in January) worked over 800 metres in 54.3, last 600m in 40. Angelica Hall (Guillotine) is being prepared for the Windsor Park Breeders' Stakes (Gr. 3, 1200m) on Saturday April 26 at Te Rapa.

2YO Grass (Slow):

Rockfast (Miller) went solo over 800 metres in 55, last 600m in 41.1. Rockfast (Fastnet Rock) has recently returned from a break and weather and footing dependent could have a quiet trial next Tuesday, April 22, at Te Awamutu.

Jump outs on course proper (Slow):

Rapid Gain (Forbes) and 4 g Darci Brahma - Royal Rhythm (Misbah), both scheduled to trial at Te Awamutu, Bon Marche (Hercock) and 2 f Saperavi - Patient (Hillis). They covered 800 metres in 53. Bon Marche (Nom Du Jeu) is eyeing a debut race and Saperavi filly the upcoming trials.

Highly Likely (Kilinc) and 3 f Zabeel - Thistle Cove (Richards) jumped out over 800 metres in 53.2, ahead of trialling next week. Jimmy Rea (Richards), Storm Trooper (Kilinc), 2 g Keeper - Romanee St. Vivant (Misbah) and 2 g Minstrel Court - Aventura (Hercock) jumped out over 600 metres in 40.5.

2 f Mastercraftsman - Montjeu Way (Misbah) and 2 f Guillotine - Clearbrook Lane (Forbes) jumped out over 600 metres in 41.4. Latin Rose (Hercock), Prince Henry (Kilinc) and 2 f Thorn Park - Akela (Richards) clocked 41.7 for 600 metres in their jump outs.

From Wednesday: Cold Snap (Hercock) and Precious Time (Miller) covered 1200 metres in 1:22, last 600m in 35.9, when working right-handed on the course proper rated Dead.
