Plough:

Preparing to race on Saturday at Tauranga, Babilloni (Cameron) and Osmunda (Lammas) worked together over 1000m in 1:04.3, last 600m in 36.6. Recent fresh up course winner Osmunda (O'Reilly) contests the Rating 75 1600 metres and Babilloni (Cecconi) the Rating 65 1600 metres.

Niamh Elizabeth (Lammas) ran an easy 1000m in 1:11.4, last 600m in 41. Beacon of Hope (Lammas) went an easy 800m in 1:04.

Christine Louise (R. Jones) and Gardenier (Coleman) ran 800m together in 56, last 600m in 42.

Latin Rose (Hercock) and O'Know (Cameron) covered 800m in 55, last 600m in 40.

Chambord (Price) and Love Triangle (K. Jones) 800m, Arpeggio (Zac-Syed) 800m, Astrid (Cameron) and Our Drahma Queen (Lammas) 1000m, Affinee (K. Two-year-old debut course winner Sassy ‘N' Smart (Miller) worked with a mate over 800m in 48.5. Sassy ‘N' Smart (Smart Missile) is preparing for the $50,000 Welcome Stakes (Listed, 1000m) on Saturday, NZ Cup Day, at Riccarton.

The three Te Akau runners on song for the $300,000 1000 Guineas (Gr. 1, 1600m) on Saturday: Princess Davone (Prastiyou), with blinkers on, and Risque (Miller) ran 1200m in 1:20, last 600m in 36.5. It was good work by both fillies. Special Memories (Miller) worked solo over 1200m in 1:17, last 600m in 35.7, also worked very well.

Pace working on the sand, Flaming (Miller), Madame Jamai (Richards), and Vive La Difference (Gerard) all worked solo.

Flaming (Bachelor Duke) and Madame Jamai (Minstrel Court) contest the $40,000 Rating 75 1200 metres and Vive La Difference (Choisir) either the $40,000 Rating 85 1800 metres or $40,000 Rating 85 2500 metres.
