Te Akau track work highlights - Tuesday 1 December -

Course proper (Dead):

Ekraarstatic (Lammas - main picture left) and Highly Likely (K. Jones - main picture right) worked together over 2000m. They ran the 1400m in 1:32, last 600m in 37.5, and each contest races over 2200 metres, in their respective grades for the Dunstan Feeds' Championship Qualifier, on Saturday at Ellerslie.

Sand track:

Love Triangle (K. Jones) worked with a mate over 1000m in 1:03, last 600m in 36.5. A recent trial winner, since making ground for sixth on 3 October in the Gold Trail Stakes (Gr. 3, 1200m) at Hastings, Love Triangle (Encosta De Lago) resumes in the 3YO 1300 metres on Saturday at Ellerslie.

Sand track, three-quarter pace:

Duchess Kate (Hercock) went 1000m in 1:17, last 600m in 45.5. Maestro (Richards) did similar work.
