Te Akau track work highlights - Tuesday 15 November
Course proper:
Sebrose (Leveque - below left) worked in company with Grazia (Fawcett - below right) over 1000 metres in 1.04.4, last 600 in 38. The winner of five races in Singapore including one at Group 3 level, Sebrose (Sebring) will resume on Saturday at Awapuni in the Open Handicap over 1400 metres and Grazia (Savabeel) was scratched from Avondale today in preference for the New Plymouth meeting on Friday.

Vinevale (Miller) and Rocksun (McNab) covered 1000 metres in 1.07.9, last 600 in 38.2. The pair both head to Awapuni on Saturday for the Rating 75 1400 metre race.
Zambezi Warrior (McNab) and Maleficent (Lammas) ran 1200 metres in 1.21.2, last 600 in 38.4. The pair worked well as they prepare for weekend assignments, Zambezi Warrior (Pentire) heads to New Plymouth for the Rating 85 1800 metre race and Maleficent will be nominated for both the New Plymouth and Te Rapa meetings.

Dame Margo Fonteyn (Leveque - above right) and Lady Jasmine (Fawcett - above left) worked over 1000 metres in 1.09, last 600 in 39.4. That pair was tracked by Gold Fever (Fawcett - below) who ran similar time.

No.2 Sand:
Paradise Rock (Leveque) worked over 1200 metres in 1.19, last 600 in 38. Last start winner at Rotorua, Paradise Rock (Fastnet Rock) heads to New Plymouth on Friday 18 November for the Rating 65 1800 metre race.
Shocking Luck (McNab) ran 1200 metres in 1.24.5, last 600 in 39.8. He is another heading to New Plmyouth on Friday for the Maiden 1800 metre race.
Zip Zap (K. Price) and 2f Not A Single Doubt - Ban The Recorder (Winter) ran 800 metres in 57, last 600 in 41.
3f Pins - Lillet (Miller) and 3f Mastercraftsman - Gardd (Tan) covered 800 metres in 56.5, last 600 in 41.5. The pair heads to the Te Teko trials next Tuesday 22 November.
Lady Amadeus (K. Jones) and Cabaret (Tan) ran 1000 metres in 1.16, last 600 in 45.
Abloom (K. Price) and Savvy Lady (Winter) worked over 1000 metres at three-quarter pace.
Kuia (Miller) covered 1000 metres at three-quarter pace. Unfazed (Fawcett) and Scarlet Princess (Cole) was another pair to go 1000 metres untimed.
