Te Akau track work highlights Tuesday 9 May -

All Weather:

2f Rock ‘N' Pop - Doyenne (Lammas) and 2c Cape Blanco - Cool Diamond (Pinn) worked together over 600 metres at three quarter pace, crossing the line in 44.5.  2f Reliable Man - Double Babu (Leveque) and 2f Rip Van Winkle - Key To Dance (Tan) did similar work.

Foreigner (Miller) worked at three quarter pace over 1000 metres in 1.12.4,  last 600 in 42.6.  He was followed by Tatters (Lammas) who ran similar time. Both horses are nominated for Hawke's Bay this Thursday 11 May.

Plough:

Bishop Rock (McNab) worked solo over 1000 metres in 1.14, last 600 in 44.5.  Bishop Rock is set to resume at Hawke's Bay this Thursday 11 May in the Rating 65 1400 metre event.

Esprit De Corps (Miller) travelled over 1000 metres in 1.16, last 600 in 45.5.  He holds two nominations - for the Rating 65 1400 metre events at both Hastings (11 May) and Rotorua (13 May).

Rocksun (McNab) worked at three quarter pace over 1000 metres in 1.11, last 600 in 41. He looked to be working well and is nominated for the Rating 75 1200 metre event at Hastings this Thursday 11 May.

Gardenier (M Grylls) worked solo over 1200 metres in 1.13, running the last 600 in 44. Gardenier is nominated for the Rating 65 2100 metres at Hawkes Bay on Thursday 11 May.

Tavis Star (Fawcett) and Lady Pinot (Miller) paired up to run 1000 metres in 1.04, last 600 in 36.5. Both looked to be working nicely.

Shocking Luck (Opie Bosson) and Zambezi Warrior (Jeff Lloyd) worked together over 1000 metres in 1.08, last 600 in 37.7. Shocking Luck is nominated for the $125,000 Group Three Rough Habit Plate over 2000 metres this Saturday at Doomben while Zambezi Warrior is nominated for the $125,000 Group Three Chairman's Handicap over 2000 metres this Saturday at Doomben.

Hall Of Fame (Opie Bosson) worked in company over 1000 metres in 1.09, last 600 in 37.2. Hall of Fame has been nominated for $100,000 Listed Queensland Day Stakes over 1350 metres this Saturday at Doomben.
