Te Akau track work highlights - Tuesday 16 May -

Course Proper:

Abbey Kay (Bill) and Esprit De Corps (Miller) travelled over 1000 metres in 1.10.5,  last 600 in 39.7. Both horses are nominated for the Rating 65 1400 metre event at Rotorua on Sunday 21 May.

Foreigner (Miller) worked solo over 1000 metres in 1.11, last 600 in 41. He really stretched out to the line and we were pleased with his work. He is also nominated for the Rating 65 1400 metres at Rotorua on Sunday.

Tavis Star (Fawcett) and Corporate Missile (Leveque) ran 1000 meters in 1.08, last 600 in 39. Tavis Star is working towards the Rating 75 1400 metres and Corporate Missile is on target for the Rating 65 1600 metres at Te Rapa on Saturday 20 May.

No2. Sand:

2f Reliable Man - Double Babu (M Grylls) and 2f Rip Van Winkle - Key To Dance (Tan) paired up to work over 600 metres, crossing the line in 41.

Savvy Lady (Rika) worked very nicely at three quarter pace over 1000 metres with fog preventing time.
