Chambord (Miller) worked at three quarter pace over 800 metres in 1 minute, last 600 in 45. He was followed by Cousteau (Pinn) who worked 800 metres in 58, last 600 in 43.

Remember O'Reilly / 2c O'Reilly - Ardeche (McNab) and Qian Gua / 3c Cape Blanco - Cool Diamond (Miller) paired up to work at three quarter pace over 600 metres in 42.
