Te Akau track work highlights Tuesday 26 September -

Course Proper:

Splurge (McNab) looked good when galloping over 1000 metres, running the last 600 in 39.9.

All Weather:

2f Burgundy - Tad Infinitum (Lammas) and Shebringsmerubies / 2f Sebring - Run Away Ruby (Tan) galloped nicely over an easy 600 metres in 42.2.

Publicist (Pinn), Weaponry (McNab) and Ocean Star (Alam) all galloped together over 600 metres in 39.

Quattro Katie (M Grylls) and Mongolian Angel (H Lowry) worked along nicely at three quarter pace over 600 metres in 45.

Cicciolina / 2f Burgundy - A La Votre (Leveque) and Al Hasa (Pinn) worked well at three quarter pace over 600 metres in 44.2.

2f Rock 'N' Pop - Kindred (Lammas) and Pop Stardom (Tan) paired up to gallop an easy 600 metres in 42.

Handsome Rebel (Bakar) and The Real Beel (McNab) galloped well together over 600 metres in 40.

No 2. Sand:

Melody Belle (K Jones) enjoyed working at three quarter pace, running 800 metres in 1.01, last 600 in 46.  She was followed by 3f Burgundy - Aventura (Burdan) and Gris Dame (Tan) who worked similar times.

3f Super Easy - Flower Girl (Leveque) and Elegant D'Oro (Tan) galloped an easy 800 metres in 58, last 600 in 42.2.

Zambezi Warrior (Pinn) worked at three quarter pace over 1000 metres in 1.12, last 600 in 41.3.

Huhed (Bakar) worked on his own at three quarter pace over 1000 metres in 1.08, last 600 in 39 - a bit quick but some nice work.

Scarlet Princess (K Price) worked over 800 metres at three quarter pace in 1 minute, last 600 in 44.

Winehouse (Lammas) looked outstanding when working at three quarter pace over 1000 metres in 1.13, home in 44.

Burlone (M Grylls) lead Tatters (Burdan) at three quarter pace over 800 metres in 1 minute, last 600 in 45.1.

Heroic Valour (McNab) galloped an easy 800 metres in 58, last 600 in 42. He was followed by The Chaser (Pinn) who worked at three quarter pace.

3g Rip Van Winkle - Vega Sicilia (Leveque) worked well at three quarter pace over 800 metres, running home in 45.
