Te Akau track work highlights - Tuesday 3 October -

Course Proper:

Heroic Valour (McNab) and Cosuteau (Bosson) galloped 1000 metres in 1.09, home in 39.8. Both riders were happy with their horses' work. Cousteau aims toward the 3YO event at Te Rapa this Friday.

Race day rivals Vinevale (Bosson) and Princess Davone (Tan) galloped over 1000 metres in 1.08, last 600 in 39.8. Both horses are building toward the Rating 75 1200 metres at Te Rapa this Friday.

Griffin (Bosson) and Bak Da Master (McNab) galloped well over 1000 metres in 1.07, last 600 in 40.5. Griffin is due to line up in the Group Two Hawke's Bay Guineas this Saturday and Bak Da Master is being set for the 3YO event at Waipa on Sunday.

Livamol Classic rivals Gingernuts (Bosson) and Chance To Dance (Pinn) galloped over 1200 metres in 1.22.1, 1000 in 1.07.5, and the last 600 in 39.5.  Both horses worked along very well.

All Weather:

Pure Savalina (McNab) and Madam Monica (Lammas) galloped over 1000 metres in 1.09.5, home in 40.5. Pure Savalina is heading towards the Rating 65 1400 metres at Te Rapa on Friday, while Madam Monica builds towards the Maiden 1400 metres at Waipa on Sunday.

Our Flying Ace (McNab), Al Hasa (Bosson) and Handsome Rebel (Alam) worked together at three quarter pace over 600 metres in 45.8.

3g Rock 'N' Pop - Our Zara (Leveque), Sword Of Osman (Lammas) and Miss Hepburn (Tan) all worked at three quarter pace over 600 metres in 46.

Splurge (Shailer) galloped well over an easy 1000 metres in 1.09, last 600 in 39 (main picture).

No2. Sand:

3g Rip Van Winkle - Vega Sicilia (Bakar) and Don'tblamethemusic (M Grylls) worked solo at three quarter pace over 800 metres - no time was recorded but riders reported they worked well.

Gris Dame (Leveque) and Nucleonic (Tan) worked over 1000 metres at three quarter pace - no time was taken but they both looked to be travelling nicely.

More Than Fast (Bosson) worked on his own over 1000 metres at three quarter pace - no time was recorded but Bosson was happy with his work.

The Chaser (McNab) and 3g Reliable Man - Colheita (Bosson) worked well at three quarter pace over 800 metres in 55, last 600 in 39.5.

Devil May Care (Bosson) and Lucy Wyldstyle (Bakar) worked together at three quarter pace over 1000 metres in 1.13, home in 42.

Fashionably (Leveque) and Our Abbadean (K Jones) galloped an easy 1000 easy in 1.09, home in 39.4.

Verbal Command (Lammas) and Elegant D'Oro (Burdan) galloped over 1000 metres in 1.05, last 600 in 38.2.

Icebomb (McNab) galloped solo over an easy 1000 metres in 1.09, last 600 in 40.

Lady Painton (Leveque) worked at three quarter pace over 800 metres in 1 minute, last 600 in 45. Scarlet Princess (K Price) also worked over the 800 metres running similar times.

Coup Bradman (Bosson) worked well over 1000 metres at three quarter pace in 1.14, last 600 in 44.

Chambord (McNab) and Zambezi Warrior (Pinn) paired up to gallop an easy 1000 metres in 1.06, home in 38. Both horses looked to be travelling well.

Melody Belle (K Jones) lead 3f Burgundy - Aventura (Burdan) and Tatters (M Grylls) at three quarter pace over 800 metres in 1.03, last 600 in 43.

South Island - Plough:

All horses are due to line up at Riccarton this Saturday.

Age Of Fire (Newman) and Tiffany's Time (Miller) galloped over 1000 metres in 1.02, running home in 36. Both horses worked very strongly to the line.

Swing Note (Miller) and Heart Of Courage (Newman) galloped 1000 metres in 1.03, last 600 in 36.5.

Grazia (Miller) galloped solo over 1200 metres in 1.16, last 600 in 36.8.

Imperium (Miller) and Avantage (Newman) galloped over 800 metres in 49, home in 36.5.
