Te Akau track work highlights - Tuesday 7 November -

Course Proper:

Heroic Valour (McNab) and Don'tblamethemusic (Lammas) galloped over 1000 metres in 1.05.8, last 600 in 37.9. They were followed by Princess Davone (Burdan) who worked over 1000 metres in 1.05.4, home in 38.7. All three horses prepare to race at Te Rapa this Saturday.

Pinot Grey (Lammas) and Al Hasa (McNab) paired up to gallop over an easy 800 metres in 56.2, last 600 in 40.4. Both horses looked to be working well and build toward 2YO events at both Otaki (Pinot Grey) and Te Rapa (Al Hasa).

Beaumarchais (McNab) and Elegant D'Oro (Pinn) galloped an easy 1000 metres in 1.07, last 600 in 39.5. Beaumarchais aims toward the Rating 85 1400 metres at Hastings this Sunday, along with Elegant D'Oro who heads toward the Maiden 1200 metre event.

Dazed And Confused (Lammas) and English Rose (Bakar) galloped over 1000 metres in 1.07.9, last 800 in 53.4. Dazed And Confused is set to race at Avondale this Friday while decisions are yet to be made as to where English Rose will line up - having options at Avondale, Te Rapa and Hastings.

Royal Success (McNab) and Our Abbadean (Lammas) worked well over 1000 metres in 1.07.5, last 600 in 39.3. Royal Success is aiming toward racing at Awapuni on November 16, although he does still hold a nomination for the Coupland's Bakeries Mile. Our Abbadean is building toward racing in the Canterbury Breeders Stakes during cup week.

All Weather:

Organza (M Grylls) and Silver Missile (Leveque) galloped nicely over an easy 800 metres.

Pinultimate (Lammas) worked in company over 600 metres, home in 43.

Willpower (McNab) and Remember O'Reilly (Bakar) paired up to work at three quarter pace over 600 metres in 43.5.

No. 2 Sand:

Master Painton (M Grylls) lead Melody Belle (Leveque) over 800 metres in 59, last 600 in 44.

Accumulation (Burdan) worked at three quarter pace over 1000 metres in 1.12, last 600 in 42.

Wide Awake (Tan) looked good when working in company over an easy 1000 metres in 1.05.6, home in 38. Wide Awake builds toward the Rating 65 1600 metres at Avondale this Friday.

Verbal Command (M Grylls) worked nicely at three quarter pace over 1000 metres in 1.15, last 600 in 44.5.

Nucleonic (Tan) worked over 1000 metres in 1.05.5, last 600 in 38.5. Tatters (Leveque) followed in behind, working similar times.

Lady Painton (Lammas) and Lillet Rose (Burdan) paired up to work over 1000 metres in 1.08.8, home in 40.1.

Savvy Lady (Pinn) looked good travelling at three quarter pace over 800 metres in 59, last 600 in 45.2.

Miss Scandinavia (Pinn) and Beau Geste (Alam) galloped an easy 800 metres, working the last 600 in 41

Motivation (Bakar) and Gris Dame (Tan) looked good when galloping an easy 1000 metres in 1.11.3, last 600 in 40.2.

Lady Pinot (Lammas) worked well over 1000 metres in 1.12.5, home in 43.

Gold Fever (Tan) galloped 800 metres in 53.9, last 600 in 39.

3g Azamour - Franny (Bakar) and 3g Reliable Man - Colheita (McNab) galloped over 800 in 53.8, home in 38.9.

Flemington:

Emirates Stakes contestant Gingernuts (H Bowman) worked in company over 1200 metres in 1.19, last 600 in 35.7. Bowman was very happy with Gingernuts' work, his legs are fresh and he has pulled up well.
