Beau Geste (Bakar) worked at three quarter pace over 1000 metres in 1.13.5, last 600 in 43.5. He was followed by Unfazed (K Price) who worked similar times.

Organza (M Grylls) and Martinelli (Burdan) galloped 800 metres in 52, last 600 in 37.7.

Verbal Command (Leveque) looked good working at three quarter pace over 1000 metres in 1.17, home in 46.

Zambezi Warrior (D Johnson) and Fashionably (McNab) galloped well over 1200 metres in 1.22, home in 36.5. Zambezi Warrior is set for a big run in the Group 3 Counties Cup on Saturday and Fashionably heads toward the Rating 65 1800 metres at Taranaki on Friday.

Pinot Grey (Lammas) galloped in company over 800 metres in 50, last 600 in 36.5. The young Burgundy filly who won so stylishly on debut prepares for the Listed 2YO event at Pukekohe this Saturday.

Icebomb (Pinn) looked good working at three quarter pace over 1000 metres while Paulownia (K Price) worked at three quarter pace over 800 metres in 1 minute, last 600 in 45.5.

Wandering Eye (Leveque) worked solo over 1000 metres, running the last 600 in 46.

Heroic Valour (D Johnson) and Aquilo (McNab) galloped 1000 metres in 1.02.4, home in 36.5. Heroic Valour is set to contest the Listed 1100 metres at Pukekohe on Saturday while Aquilo heads to Te Rapa on Sunday to run in the Rating 65 1200 metres.
