Course Proper:

Sword Of Osman (McNab) and Griffin (Bosson) galloped 1000 metres in 1.05.2, last 600 in 36.8. Sword Of Osman worked very well and aims toward a debut at Awapuni this Saturday.

The Real Beel (McNab) and Al Hasa (Bosson) 51.6, 37.1 The Real Beel aims toward a race day debut in the Maiden 2YO 100 metres at New Plymouth on 27 December and Al Hasa prepares for the Eclipse Stakes (Group 3, 1200m) at Ellerslie on New Year's Day.

Plough:

Jet Set (Burdan) worked solo at three quarter pace over 800 metres in 1 minute, last 600 in 45.2.

Preparing for the Rating 75 1600 metres at New Plymouth on 27 December, Princess Davone(Tan) galloped 1000 metres in 1.09, last 600 in 39.

Mongolianconqueror (McNab) and Heroic Valour (Bosson) galloped very well over 1000 metres in 1.07.1, last 600 in 38.5. Mongolianconqueror aims toward the Rating 65 1400 metres at New Plymouth on 27 December while Heroic Valour is set to race in the Sistema Railway (Group 1, 200m) at Ellerslie on New Year's Day.

Devil May Care (K Price) drops back in distance and is due to line up in the Maiden 1200 metres at New Plymouth on 27 December. He worked over 1000 metres in 1.11.5, last 600 in 42.6.

Remington (Bakar) lead Handsome Rebel (Alam) at three quarter pace over 800 metres, running the last 600 in 46.5. Handsome Rebel also builds toward debuting at New Plymouth in the Maiden 2YO event.

Vinevale (McNab) and Gris Dame (Bosson) galloped an easy 1200 metres in 1.21.8, last 600 in 38.2. Vinevale heads south to contest the Timaru Cup (Listed, 1600m) on 28 December while Gris Dame aims toward the Eight Carat Classic (Group 2, 1600m) at Ellerslie on Boxing Day.

Silver Missile (Lammas) galloped an easy 1000 metres in 1.11, home in 42. Silver Missile looks to resume in the Maiden 3YO 1400 metres at New Plymouth on 27 December.

Astrid (Tan), Lady Amadeus (Newman), Our Abbadean (K Jones), Grazia (Lammas) and Elegant D'Oro (Pinn) all worked quite nicely on their own at three quarter pace over 1000 metres, running similar times of 1.15, last 600 in 44.5.

Due to line up in the Manawatu Challenge Stakes (Group 2, 1400m) this Saturday, Splurge (McNab) looked good galloping 1000 metres in 1.06.4, last 600 in 37.8.

2f Burgundy - Eclectic Heights (Pinn) and Dundeel's Girl (K Price) paired up to work at three quarter pace over 600 metres in 44.

Te Akau Shark (Bosson) worked over 1000 metres in 1.13, last 600 in 43 while Avantage (Pinn) looked good working at three quarter pace over 800 metres in 59, home in 45.
