Te Akau track work highlights -Tuesday 6 February -

Course Proper:

Building toward the Group 1 BCD Group Sprint, Chambord (McNab) and Heroic Valour(Lammas) galloped 1000 metres in 1.08, home in 38.6.

Princess Davone (Newman) worked solo at three quarter pace over 1200 metres in 1.30. Princess Davone prepares for the Rating 75 2100 metres at Awapuni this Friday.

Gris Dame (McNab) and Our Abbadean (Lammas) galloped side by side over 1200 metres, running 1000 metres in 1.04.5, last 600 in 38.1. Both horses worked well and are set to race this weekend; Gris Dame - Rating 70 1600 metres at Pukekohe on Sunday and Our Abbadean - Rating 85 1600 metres at Te Rapa on Saturday.

No.2 Sand:

Pacific Coast (McNab) galloped solo over 800 metres in 54.2, last 600 in 39.6. Devil May Care (D Miller) also galloped over 800 metres, running similar times.

Abbey Kay (Newman) worked at three quarter pace over 1000 metres in 1.16, home in 45.1 while Chadsdale (Burdan) looked good when galloping over 800 metres in 51, last 600 in 36.

Preparing to race at Te Aroha next Wednesday, Scarlet Princess (K Price) worked on her own at three quarter pace over 1200 metres in 1.31, last 600 in 44.8.

3f He's Remarkable - Andra (Newman) and Fine Bouquet (Lammas) galloped together over 800 metres in 52.8, last 600 in 38.6.

Beau Geste (K Price) galloped an easy 1200 metres in 1.26, last 600 in 42.

Fabulous Flight (Lammas) and The Chaser (D Miller) galloped an easy 800 metres in 55, home in 40.

In A Twinkling (Burdan) galloped on his own over 600 metres in 40.

All Weather:

2g Alamosa - Broadway Express (McNab) and Willpower (Burdan) galloped well together over 600 metres in 37.

Together (D Miller) and 3g Rock 'N' Pop - Our Zara (K Price) galloped over an easy 600 metres in 40

Shebringsmerubies (Lambert) and Rock Idol (Leveque) worked at three quarter pace over 600 metres in 45.

Encore Encore (Newman) worked along nicely in company over 800 metres, running the last 600 in 38.
