Chambord (Cameron) and Wolfwhistle (Misbah) worked over 1000 metres in 1:04.4, last 600m in 35.8. Unlucky late in the piece on Jan. 18 in the Levin Classic (Gr. 1, 1600m) at Trentham, Chambord is preparing for the Waikato Guineas (Gr. 2, 2100m) this Saturday, Feb. 1, at Te Rapa.

Also looking to contest the Waikato Guineas, last start winners King Savinsky (Hercock) and Longbeach (Grylls) worked over ground to cover their last 1200 metres in 1:17.6, 1000m in 1:03, 600m in 36.8.

Each recording a solid performance for fourth last time out, Seline (Cameron) and Stylee (Misbah) worked over 1200 metres on 1:16.5, 1000m in 1:02 and the last 600m in 36.7.

Osmunda (Cameron) and Precious Time (Hercock), a winner last time out and gearing up for the Wairarapa Breeders' Stakes (Listed, 1600m) on Waitangi Day at Tauherenikau, covered 1200 metres in 1:18.8 and 36.4 for the last 600m.

Before heading south for the Dunedin Guineas (Listed, 1400m) on Saturday at Wingatui, Dreamer (Misbah) was partnered by Flaming (Cameron), entered for the 2YO 1200 metres on Saturday at Te Rapa, over 800 metres in 52.1 and the final 400m in 25.5.
