Te Akau track work highlights - Tuesday 4 September -

Course Proper:

Preparing for the O'Leary's Fillies Stakes at Wanganui on Saturday, Ritzy Sparkle (S Rusof) and The Real Beel (J Waddell) galloped 1000 metres in 1.13.5, home in 42.1 They were followed by Mongolianconqueror (S Collett) who may run in the Open 1200 metre event, also at Wanganui on Saturday.

No. 2 Sand:

Full Of Grace (D Tan), followed by Fabulous Flight (T Newman) worked at three quarter pace over 800 metres in 1.03, last 600 in 45.

Seirios (S Rusof) worked along nicely at three quarter pace over 1000 metres, running the final 600 in 44.8.

Working in single file: She's Not Bad (S Collett), Embellish (O Bosson) and Unfazed (N Bakar) looked good working at three quarter pace over 800 metres, running the last 600 in 44.

Lady Zeraph (T Newman), Pacific Coast (S Rusof) and Mongolian Angel (S Collet) worked at three quarter pace over 800 metres - unfortunately thick fog prevented times being taken.

In A Twinkling (O Bosson) worked on his own at three quarter pace over 1000 metres - unfortunately thick fog prevented time being taken.

All Weather:

2f Fastnet Rock - Pins 'N' Needles (J Waddell) and 3g Epaulette - Highlight (S Rusof) looked good galloping an easy 600 metres in 41. Xplosion (S Rusof) and 2f Darci Brahma - Bon Genie (J Waddell) also worked over 600 metres, running very similar time.

Louis Luck (D Miller) worked in company over an easy 600 metres in 39.5. Boutonniere (O Bosson) and Man Oh Man (C Burdan) also galloped over an easy 600 metres, running home in similar time.

2g Burgundy - Tad Infinitum (D Tan) and Lightning Field (S Rusof) paired up to gallop over an easy 600 metres in 42.1.

Faltonius (D Miller) and 3g Rock 'n' Pop - Pokuru Boxer (C Burdan) galloped together over an easy 600 metres - unfortunately thick fog prevented times being taken.
