Te Akau trackwork highlights - Tuesday 13 August - 

 
Course Proper: right handed

About ready to race in the Group 2 Foxbridge Plate at Te Rapa on Saturday, Te Akau Shark (O Bosson) galloped nicely over 1000 metres, last 600 in 38.8, last 200 in 13. He was followed by Bak Da Master (P Richards) who aims toward racing in the Rating 65 2100 metres, also at Te Rapa on Saturday. 

Melody Belle (M McNab) and a companion looked galloping over 1000 metres, last 600 in 39, last 200 in 12.9. Melody Belle also prepares for the Group 2 Foxbridge Plate on Saturday. 

Richards Of Yorke (C Burdan) and English Rose (T Harris) galloped over 1200 metres in 1.26.5, last ?00 in 13.4. Both horses prepare to race at Otaki on Sunday. 

No.2 Sand: 

Savy Yong Blonk (T Harris) worked along nicely at three quarter pace over 1000 metres, last 600 in 45. She was followed by Shezathinka (J Kamaruddin) who looked super working over 100 metres also. 

Preparing to race first up in the South Island, Xplosion(M Grylls) and Dublin Rose (O Bosson) galloped over 1000 metres in 1.03.3, last 600 in 36.3. Also heading South, Bojangles (P Richards) and Publicist (O Bosson) galloped over 1000 metres in 1.04.5, home in 37.

Luminous (T Harris) was followed by Burgundy Belle(J Kamaruddin) when working at three quarter pace over 800 metres, home in 45. 

Asathought (O Bosson) and Man Oh Man (A Jones) galloped over an easy 800 metres in 53.7, last 600 in 38.5. 

You're Welcome (C Burdan) worked at three quarter pace over 1000 metres in 1.16, last 600 in 45.

Shebringsmerubies (M Grylls) looked good working at three quarter pace over 1000 metres in 1.14.3, last 600 in 45.1.  

Don'tblamethemusic (A Handley) galloped over an easy 800 metres, final 600 in 40.

Lilikoi (T Harris) galloped over an easy 800 metres, last 600 in 41.5. Zareeba (J Kamaruddin) also worked over an easy 800 metres, home in 43.

Top Brass (D Miller) worked at three quarter pace over 800 metres in 1 minute, last 600 in 45.2. Together (T Harris) also worked over 800 metres and ran similar times. 

Willpower (S Weatherley) and Ocean Star (D Weatherley) looked good working at three quarter pace over 800 metres, home in 44. 

3f I Am Invincible - Hurtle Myrtle (O Bosson) galloped nicely in company over 800 metres in 55, last 600 in 39.

Amalfitana (O Bosson) and Vicenza (M Grylls) paired up to gallop over an easy 800 metres, home in 41. 3f Rip Van Winkle - Frivolous (D Montes de Oca) galloped in company and ran home in similar time.

Reiko (A Jones) worked at three quarter pace over 800 metres, last 600 in 45.
