Te Akau trackwork highlights - Tuesday 13 October -  

Course Proper:

Racing in the Group 1 Livamol Classic at Hastings on
Saturday, Avantage (O Bosson) and Melody Belle (T Harris)
galloped nicely over 1200 metres in 1.17.9, last 600 in 36.8. Race rival Prise
De Fer (O Bosson) galloped over an easy 1200 metres in 1.24.9, home in
40.4.

Reiko (A Jones) and Keke Star (C Burdan)
looked good galloping over 1000 metres in 1.05.6, last 600 in 37.9. Reiko
possibly races in the Rating 65 1400 metres at Hastings, while Keke Star will
take on the Rating 65 1200 metres at Ellerslie on Saturday.

Lining up in the Maiden Hurdles at Ellerslie, Richard Of
Yorke (M Roustoby) worked nicely over 1600 metres, galloping the last 1200
in 1.22.8, final 600 in 39.9.

Rhapsody In Blue (T Harris) and Challa (O Bosson) pleased when galloping over 1000 metres in 1.04, last 600 in 36.9. Both horses aim toward the Rating 74 1200 metres at Hastings on Saturday.

Mongolianconqueror (M Roustoby) galloped over an easy
800 metres in 57.5, home in 41.5.

Excitonic (R Cole) worked nicely at three quarter
pace over 1000 metres in 1.15, last 600 in 44.73. He was followed by Xplosion
(M Grylls) who ran similar times.

Sword Of Osman (O Bosson) galloped over an easy 800
metres in 54.4, last 600 in 40.1. He was followed by Laureate (S Parmar)
who ran similar times.

Enrichment (D Montes de Oca) worked over an easy 800
metres in 1 minute, last 600 in 43.9. Vino Bella (J Kamaruddin) also
worked over 800 metres and ran similar times.

Spirit Of Gold (J Kamaruddin) galloped over 1000
metres, running the last 800 in 54.8, 600 in 40.4. She was followed by Waipapa
(T Harris) who ran 800 metres in 55.8, last 600 in 41.

Wishing Well (H Durrant) galloped over an easy 800
metres in 56.9, last 600 in 41.9.

Silver Lake (H Durrant) looked good working at three
quarter pace over 1000 metres in 1.16, home in 45.
